Classinger

I’d love to build Classinger for the needs of your school.

I’m building Classinger to make school feel more personal (and a lot more engaging).

I’m building an app that helps teachers form connections with every student, at school scale. To do this, I need to build Classinger with, not just for, schools like yours. I’m building an app that helps students and teachers actually know each other, even at a big school. To do this, I need to build Classinger with, not just for, schools like yours.

A 15-minute Google Meet, or coffee if you’re within about 45 minutes of NYU by subway.

WHAT I’M BUILDING

Three tools, one goal: making school feel more personal.

Learn, Manage, and Village: a suite to make every student feel at home at school scale.

Learn, shown on a laptop

Learn

Keep students & teachers connected.

Learn makes working together the natural thing to do, between students, their peers, and their teachers. Instead of a maze of folders, it’s built around a conversational interface.

Manage, shown on a laptop

Manage

Schedules students want, drafted in minutes (that’s the goal, anyway).

The master schedule, attendance, and absences in one place. The goal is to make building a schedule the most enjoyable part of your job and equip students with the self-service tools for absences.

Village, shown on a laptop

Village

Parents on hand, at just the right distance.

Village surfaces useful information to parents—absences, when kids have a stressful week, chronically late assignments—while giving kids the distance they need to grow on their own. Eligible parents can request FERPA-covered records, which are sent automatically once you approve.

Help me build Classinger! Help me build Classinger!

I’m really just starting out, so I promise no sales pitch (I’ve got nothing to sell!).

I’m Owen, a freshman at NYU Stern. I’ve been working on Classinger since middle school, because I’ve always learned best when I had good relationships with my teachers. I would love your perspective on how to design a platform that’s impactful at your school.

A 15-minute Google Meet

Whenever works for you. I’ll bring the questions.
